Build a Bookshelf JHB Only

Join Bunny Croucamp and the Hardware Centre Randburg team for another one of our world-famous projects, where we will build a Bookshelf!

This will not be a project where you get the material and assemble the workpiece. In this project, which will run over 2 consecutive Saturdays, Bunny will teach the special techniques needed to complete the project such as understanding and reading a drawing or plan, marking and measuring, cutting, and joining wood. You will use the different tools to manufacture your project and increase your Woodworking knowledge along the way.

Best of all, after all the learning, you will take home your Bookshelf to use in your study! All tools and materials for the project will be supplied. Please note that this project will span over 2 Saturdays, so all attended must be able and willing to join us for the 2 Saturdays.

• Glue up and joining
• Sizing and Attaching Backboard
• Sanding
• Drilling Shelf Pinholes and adding shelves

Who this is for:

• Novice to intermediate woodworker

Who can attend:

• Unfortunately, limited to 4 attendees.

Prerequisites:

• Basic practical knowledge of woodworking
