The Perform PD1400B Bandsaw is a compact, beginner-friendly machine ideal for small home workshops. Its sturdy chassis and cast aluminium table provide a solid working surface, while the 300 x 300mm table tilts up to 45° with smooth rack-and-pinion adjustment for angled cuts.
It accepts blades from 4.8mm to 9.5mm wide and offers a maximum cutting height of 80mm, making it versatile for a range of wood, aluminium, and plastic projects. Driven by a quiet 250W induction motor, the blade runs at 960 m/min on balanced cast alloy wheels, with blade guides and a thrust bearing ensuring accurate, clean cuts. Quick-release tensioning and easy tracking make blade changes simple.
Safety features include micro-switched doors that stop the machine if opened, and a 28mm dust extraction port keeps your workspace cleaner when connected to a vacuum. Supplied with a mitre fence and rip fence, the PD1400B provides reliable, precise cutting in a compact, easy-to-use design.
