At the heart of the TTC450 Ultra is its 500 W spindle, providing considerably more cutting power than the smaller spindle found on the TTC450 PRO. With spindle speeds from 8,000 to 30,000 RPM, the machine can be configured to suit different materials and cutting applications.
The Ultra can reach engraving speeds of up to 3,000 mm/min, allowing you to complete projects faster while maintaining accurate and consistent results.
Its 12 mm linear rail system and robust machine construction provide improved stability and precision, while the integrated design keeps wiring protected and gives the machine a clean, professional appearance.
Versatile Material Capability
The TTC450 Ultra is capable of machining a variety of materials, including solid wood, plywood, MDF, acrylic, carbon fibre, aluminium, copper and stainless steel.
For non-metal applications, the machine supports engraving depths from 0.1 to 20 mm, while metal applications are intended for lighter engraving and machining operations.
The ER11 collet system accepts tooling from 0.5 to 7 mm, giving you plenty of flexibility for everything from fine detail work to more substantial cutting operations.

The TTC450 Ultra uses GRBL open-source firmware and supports both CNC and laser functionality without requiring a firmware change.
