- 7″ long by 1-3/4″ wide with 12° bed angle; machined and surface ground to half our normal flatness and surface finish specifications; sole and sides are flat and square to within +0.000″ and -0.0015″ over entire surface
- Made from ductile iron; die-cast lever cap; finished with durable powder-coat polymer paint
- Norris-type adjuster mechanism combines feed and lateral adjustments, making blade setting accurate and easy
- Close manufacturing tolerances reduce backlash to no more than 1/4 turn
- Adjuster is locked to body; will not become inadvertently unseated
- Mouth adjustment effected by loosening stainless-steel locking knob
- Unobtrusive set screw in plane throat allows repeatable mouth positioning while preventing moveable toe from contacting blade

- Blade is 1-3/8″ wide, 9/64″ (0.140″) thick and available in A2, O1 or PM-V11™; blade has primary bevel of 23° and secondary bevel of 25°; back of blade is lapped flat within + or -0.0002″ (two-tenths of a thousandth of an inch) in working area
